Vineyard Race 2009

We came in fifth in the 11-boat PHRF class for the 75th Stamford Yacht Club Vineyard Race in September 2009. Light breeze isn't an optimal condition for Patience, but we had a great time and got some great photos of the start - which we won pretty cleanly :-) The crew for this race was Rick Royce, Steve Stone, Jon Ward, Rorie Zuzick, Chris Lyons, Jenna Ferrieri, Will Markuske, and Ian McCauley.

Block Island Race 2009

Another big win for Patience in the May 2009 at the 64th annual Storm Trysail Club Block Island Race. We finished with the best corrected and elapsed times in the 7-boat PHRF class earning the both the Terrapin and Governor's Race East trophies. Manhasset Bay Fall Series 2008

First Post!

Hi Everyone, this is Rorie. Welcome to the Patience blog! The whole idea here is to share our pics, videos, and stories from the boat with each other and friends. I didn't know how to make a website, so Jonward told me that a blog was easy... so here we are!

We've already had a lot of fun over the last few years, so I'll be putting up some of the pictures and videos from past races. If I don't get bored with this blogging thing, we'll keep it going! Be sure to check back often to see what's new :-)
